The outline of the overall
Systemic Constellation Work
by the “Systemic Connections”
BASIC PRINCIPLES OF THE CONSTELLATION METHOD:
Phenomenology. Acknowledging what is. Respect: Staying in one’s own sphere. Resources and resolution focused. Using the information from the Knowing Field. Ultimate compassion: not trying to help.
SYSTEMIC CONSTELLATION WORK AS A SPIRITUAL PRACTICE:
Spirituality as an attitude of non-judging perception, inclusiveness and mindfulness. Relying on the information from the Akashic Field. Wu-Wei attitude of non-doing. The way of the Tao.
THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS:
The natural laws of relationships (“Orders of Love”) particularly as they relate to a parent-child relationship and couple relationships.
BONDING AND BELONGING:
The workings and types of conscience. How our conscience shapes our world.
ORDERS OF LOVE
What’s needed for Love. Blind Love versus Enlightened Love. Balance of giving and taking. Man – Woman, parent-child relationship, families. Blended families, childless couples, same sex couples.
Technology of a Constellation Process
Decision about who works. Getting “in tune” with a seeker. Interview. Family history. Construction of a genogram. Questions to ask and not to ask. Helpful and unhelpful facts. Common patterns to look for. To set up a constellation or not. What to set up, which system to start with. Instructions for representatives. Interventions or free movement.
CATEGORIES OF FEELINGS
How do we recognize different types of feelings. Which feelings we work with and which not. The right attitude / motivation / energy for the work to succeed by a seeker and a facilitator.
Information from the spatial set up of representatives. Handling the reports from representatives. Number of representatives. Looking after representatives. Handling difficult representations. Replacing. De-rolling. Permission from the system. Breaking off a constellation. Reading the energy of a constellation. Common patterns. What is the issue here? Feeling the energy. Testing hypothesis.
COMMON DYNAMICS OBSERVED IN FAMILY SYSTEMS:
Exclusions. Entanglements. Identification. Parentification. Pull towards death. “I will follow you”. “I will do it in your place”. Family secrets. Rejection of Life. Secret loyalties. Atonement. Flow of Love reversed. Disruption of the system hierarchy. Not finding the right place and the right size.
WAYS OF REDRESSING THE BALANCE:
Accepting Life. Inclusion. Shedding light on unconscious loyalties. Acknowledging what is. Completing Reaching-out movement. Bringing Order into a system. Finding the right place and the right size: respect for a system’s hierarchy of roles and functions. Resolving identification. Leaving the burden to wherever it belongs. Bowing to Destiny.
WORDS & RITUALS THAT HEAL:
Working with the seeker’s resistance. Choosing the right moment. Observing the energy of a seeker. Spatial / physical changes by a facilitator. Clarifying and naming. Choosing the language. Finding the right sentence.
RESOLVING STAGES OF A CONSTELLATION:
Restoring the balance. Inclusion of the excluded. Bringing order into a system. Uniting what has been separated. Finding the love which brings about reconciliation. Healing rituals. Resolving sentences. Connection with masculine & feminine energies. Energy of “the Soul in Peace”, Physical (bodily) manifestations of resolution. Deciding when to end a constellation process. The effects of a constellation. Integration of insights. Aftercare.

INDIVIDUAL ISSUES AND CONSIDERATIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS
NOTE: This program is a general outline ONLY. The aim of the program is for all of these topics to be dealt with by the end of the course. The exact sequence will depend on the issues that come up in students’ constellations, the participants’ needs and levels of knowledge, as well as the areas of likely application of the learned skills (like therapy, education or organizational settings). The program can be delivered in weekend or three day modules or themed educational seminars.
CERTIFICATION: Every participant is issued with a certificate upon the completion of each module, as well as upon the completion of the overall training program. Please note that this certificate is a certificate of participation and completion ONLY and does not qualify you to practice constellation work outside of your area of qualification. It is the responsibility of each participant to limit the application of this approach to those clients and situations for which he or she has the appropriate qualifications and experience.
THE TRAINERS: Alemka and Max Dauskardt are both constellation practitioners trained for many years with leading practitioners and trainers, as well as by Bert Hellinger himself. They have conducted many constellation workshops in Europe, US, New Zealand and Australia and continue to apply the work in individual setting. They are registered facilitators and trainers with the International Systemic Constellation Association and regular contributors to the International Constellations Journal “The Knowing Field”.

Alemka is a Psychologist with post graduate degrees in Psychology from Europe and Australia. She has specialist training in relationship counselling, Gestalt therapy and Systemic Constellation Work.
